- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Weingarten, Sean and Nicole are superb (and most of the people working at the counter), but the two medical centers otherwise lack in procedure or follow through. If something has to be done beyond your appointment, you better be willing to call and sucessfully get a result. You must follow up yourself anything that should be completed; just to make sure it gets done! Being put on hold and not returning to the phone is a common occurrance. Call backs do not happen within a reasonable length of time or not at all. If you have an appointment, be prepared to wait two to three hours. I could go on, but they deserve the benefit of a doubt. I suggest a service comes in and sets up a program that might work for these medical centers. They need assistance or more well trained bodies.September 26, 2017by A Google User
