- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Seems to be a lack of communication between the doctors and the staff. I was told my dog had cancer by the vet. I then let him know that we would not be proceeding with the surgery the following Friday. I then got a total of THREE more calls! It was a bit frustrating :/ computors? - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After walking out of the office yesterday after an hour long wait past my appointment time, I posted a disparaging review. The office manager of the Homestead Animal Hospital called me this morning to apologize and asked for another chance to make the problem from yesterday right. I took my dog over there. She received her shots and had her checkup. Dr. Cadero seems an excellent vet and made my dog and me feel welcome.
